Last week Reva, an electric car company based in Bangalore, India announced plans to open a car manufacturing plant in Syracuse New York. Reva plans to work with Bannon Automotive who manufactures electric car in Freeport, NY. They plan to make a big push in the US after having successfully launching in UK, Europe and other countries.
Here are some of the Reva available globally right now. I suspect this will create more competition and demand for the electric car. This is so exciting! Price for the Reva will be around $12 to $15,000.
